At New Relic, I worked as a Growth Product Manager, helping technical B2B customers navigate the complexities of observability. My focus was on driving user adoption, optimizing onboarding experiences, and converting free users into paying customers. I worked extensively on reducing friction in the onboarding process, ensuring that users could quickly realize the value of the platform.
One of my key contributions was leading the New Relic Quickstart integration process, which centralized onboarding guides within the platform. This strategic move reduced drop-offs, improved activation rates, and enhanced user engagement. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and tech documentation, to streamline the product experience for new users.
